The Epoxy Flooring Process
We apply a solvent based high solids 2-pack epoxy base coat that sticks to the surface permanently. While the base coat is wet, a multi-coloured acrylic chip is distributed over the top and left to dry. When completely set, it is cleaned, vacuumed, and finished with a single coat of clear single pack polyurethane to seal the chips. It then provides a surface that maintains its brilliance for years.
The base coat can also be tinted in 20 stunning colours, providing a modern alternative to tiles, particularly in areas where a durable surface is a must.
